  • Tyres – minimum of 5m tread
  • MOT – more than 6 months remaining
  • Mileage – below average miles for its year

What if I have outstanding finance?

Don't worry, we can still get you into your new car! Once we've completed your complimentary valuation, we'll look into any outstanding finance you may have.

Upon contacting your finance provider, you'll receive a settlement figure outlining the remaining amount on your current finance agreement. We'll then offset this against the valuation of your vehicle. Should the valuation exceed your settlement figure, you can utilise the surplus as a deposit towards your new car.

Any valuation is calculated based on the information you have provided us with, as well as on a number of assumptions detailed above. This valuation is subject to an inspection which will be carried out by one of our staff before the valuation is accepted. If the vehicle's value is found to be lower than stated , the part exchange or purchase value may be decreased, or a part exchange or purchase with this vehicle may be rejected entirely.

If your vehicle is currently under a finance agreement, the purchase value will settle any outstanding liability either to the customer or any other party on the customer behalf. If the outstanding liability exceeds the purchase valuation, the excess amount is the responsibility of the customer and not SERE Motors.

The vehicle will be delivered in the same condition as at the date it was examined. The vehicle shall be delivered to SERE Motors with all spare key sets, spare alarm remotes, registration documents, service documentation, MOT certificate, service invoices, warranty documentation and all other appropriate documentation.
